Seal Beach

Pacific Coast Hwy from the San Gabriel River to Anaheim Bay

Vibe

Old town Seal Beach is very cute with dozens of boutiques, fun restaurants and bars, and it ends right at the Pier. Main Street can be busy and noisy, but surrounding neighborhoods are quiet. Very walkable, and a popular pit stop for cyclists as they travel down PCH.

Homes

Many historic homes with traditional architecture, as well as small to medium size apartment complexes. Lots tend to be smaller, but parks and green space abound!

Location

Great location halfway between Long Beach and Huntington Beach.  Also quick access to Hwy 22/405.

Avg Price for Single Family Home
